SHIPPING POLICY

The user understands and accepts that their order will be processed with the information provided at the time of purchase and delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

The delivery time will depend on the user's address. All orders are shipped express. The order will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days in Spain (mainland) and Portugal. For international orders, delivery may take 2 to 7 business days (delays may occur in certain areas).

Deliveries will be made during business hours, and if no one is available at the address, a second delivery attempt will be made the next business day.

During certain periods, such as Black Friday, the holiday season, or other promotional periods, orders may experience delays.

For international orders, the user is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes resulting from entry into the destination country.
