RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return and Exchange of merchandise due to product defect (Applicable to merchandise shipped by parcel):

a) If the package was received satisfactorily but the merchandise has a defect, you must submit your claim to our company within seven days (after receiving the package).
b) If the company accepts the reported defect in the first instance, the new merchandise will be sent again.
c) If your claim is not accepted, you will be asked to return the package so the defect can be verified.
d) The cost of the return shipping will be paid by the customer.
e) Once the company receives the returned package and confirms there was a defect, it will reimburse the return shipping cost and resend the merchandise.
f) If the company, upon receiving the package, determines that the reported defect did not warrant a return, the customer will be notified that the return was not accepted. If the customer wishes for the merchandise to be sent back, they will need to cover the shipping costs incurred.


Conditions

a) Proof of purchase, including the order number and buyer's identification, is required to process any return or exchange.
b) Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days after the purchase. After 15 days, NO returns or exchanges will be processed.
c) Returns or exchanges are subject to validation of the product's condition and the terms of purchase.
d) Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if the product shows signs of use, dirt, or damage.
e) The amount paid for the merchandise will be refunded in the same method used for payment and in the same currency denomination.
f) For returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us as soon as possible.
  • The defective product must be returned with its labels (intact) and in the original packaging.
    h) Adhesives or liquid materials cannot be returned unless the error was on the part of ZOMNIAX, S.L.
    i) Products that CANNOT be returned or exchanged: For safety and hygiene reasons, ZOMNIAX, S.L. does not accept returns of the following products: disposable materials.

Order Cancellations

a) A request can be sent to cancel a purchase order, as long as the order confirmation has not yet been received.
b) Once the company has sent the order confirmation, no cancellations will be accepted, and no payment will be refunded.
c) If the order cancellation is accepted but a deposit has already been made for the order, a corresponding credit note will be issued.
